The trx suspension trainer was recommended to me by my physical therapist a few months ago to help eliminate pain and discomfort and strengthen as well. I have had pain and discomfort in the following areas for several years:
-lower left back and hip
-right elbow/tendinitis
-left side of neck and trapezius
The trx suspension trainer is not only good for resistance training but for stretching as well. I have found the stretching to be an invaluable component of the trx as it has already helped relieve discomfort in the 3 areas mentioned above.
The trx suspension trainerĀ seems to offer an inexhaustible supply of resistance moves and exercises ranging from equate to planks to presses. And you can setup the trx virtually anywhere there is a door. I’ve used tthe trx on vacation and in my home office.
